Influencing meaningful change
When people approach Patch Coaching they are often confused about the difference between coaching and consulting. The distinction is focus. Our services are designed to impact the systems driving the business; individual or organizational. Although there are many types of consulting, our strength is in Organizational Development and Strategic Planning.
Organization Development is a leadership led effort to increase an organization's effectiveness, viability and performance. Our consulting services focus on analyzing organizations position in the business cycle, leaderships understanding of strategic planning and working to shine light on unknown spaces. We work with the leadership to design, implement and manage change strategies consistent with a shared vision of organizational goals.
WHAT TO EXPECT
As consultants we look at the people, processes and product offerings within the organization to define the way the organization operates. We then propose action plans and either convey what needs to be done or in many cases manage the implementation.
We work with the leadership team to develop a shared vision for the company and address barriers to change. Using a variety of assessment tools, we improve communication through the development of common understanding of strengths and operating styles.
We use a variety of strategies from facilitation to hands on project management to assist in a results-oriented approach to meaningful organizational change.
